About COMPASS

COMPASS, a leadership programme developed in New Zealand with the vision of empowering young people to make positive change in their local communities and at global stage. The 5-Day COMPASS Programme is set in unique and remote locations across the globe in Patagonia, Alice Springs and New Zealand. The participants will be immersed in a new cultural and geographical environment where their leadership adventure begins. Compass will empower your communication and organisation skills, and motivate you to action and service by embracing challenges, achieving goals, and inspiring you to making a lasting, positive impact on the world.
